Human Rights are universal and inalienable rights guaranteed to every human being under

the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Article 1 ensures equality and dignity.
Article 3 protects the right to life and liberty.
Article 7 guarantees equality before law.
Article 15 provides the right to nationality.
Article 23 secures the right to work and fair wages.
Article 25 ensures health, food, and shelter.

Across the world, these rights protect the poor, homeless, refugees, women, children, and marginalized communities.
Every citizen can contribute by spreading awareness, reporting violations, supporting NGOs, guiding victims legally, and helping the needy through education, food, and healthcare support.

मानव अधिकार हर व्यक्ति का जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार हैं, जिन्हें संयुक्त राष्ट्र की Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) में स्पष्ट रूप से परिभाषित किया गया है।
अनुच्छेद 1 सभी मनुष्यों को समान गरिमा और अधिकार देता है।
अनुच्छेद 3 जीवन, स्वतंत्रता और सुरक्षा का अधिकार सुनिश्चित करता है।
अनुच्छेद 7 कानून के समक्ष समानता की गारंटी देता है।
अनुच्छेद 15 राष्ट्रीयता का अधिकार प्रदान करता है।
अनुच्छेद 23 काम और उचित मजदूरी का अधिकार देता है।
अनुच्छेद 25 भोजन, स्वास्थ्य और आवास का अधिकार सुनिश्चित करता है।

ये अधिकार केवल कागजों तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि विश्वभर में गरीबों, बेसहारा, महिलाओं, बच्चों, शरणार्थियों और वंचित वर्गों की रक्षा का आधार हैं।
आम नागरिक इन अधिकारों को मजबूत करने में बड़ी भूमिका निभा सकते हैं—जागरूकता फैलाकर, अन्याय के खिलाफ आवाज उठाकर, ज़रूरतमंदों को कानूनी जानकारी देकर, शिक्षा, भोजन और स्वास्थ्य सहायता में सहयोग करके।
