बहुत से लोग अपने अधिकारों की बात तो करते हैं, लेकिन उनके बारे में सही जानकारी नहीं रखते। जागरूकता ही अधिकारों की रक्षा का सबसे बड़ा साधन है।

मानव अधिकार क्या हैं?

मानव अधिकार वे मूल अधिकार हैं जो हर व्यक्ति को सिर्फ इंसान होने के नाते मिलते हैं।

मानव अधिकारों के मुख्य प्रकार

1️⃣ सामाजिक अधिकार – सम्मान से जीवन जीने का अधिकार
2️⃣ आर्थिक अधिकार – रोजगार और आजीविका का अधिकार
3️⃣ राजनीतिक अधिकार – मतदान और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता
4️⃣ सांस्कृतिक अधिकार – अपनी संस्कृति और पहचान बनाए रखने का अधिकार
5️⃣ शैक्षिक अधिकार – शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का अधिकार

भारत में स्थिति

भारत का संविधान हर नागरिक को समानता, स्वतंत्रता और न्याय का अधिकार देता है, लेकिन कई बार जानकारी की कमी के कारण लोग अपने अधिकारों का सही उपयोग नहीं कर पाते।
