स्वतंत्र आवागमन का अधिकार प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को
अपने देश के भीतर स्वतंत्र रूप से आने-जाने, निवास स्थान चुनने, किसी भी देश को छोड़ने और सुरक्षित रूप
से वापस लौटने की स्वतंत्रता देता है। यह अधिकार लोगों को शिक्षा, रोजगार और सुरक्षित जीवन की तलाश में

शरण पाने का अधिकार उन लोगों की रक्षा
करता है जो युद्ध, हिंसा,
उत्पीड़न या मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन से बचने
के लिए अपने देश को छोड़ने को मजबूर होते हैं। किसी भी इंसान को उसकी पहचान,
